This depends on the type of home appraisal product needed and ordered. Bill Cobb offers restricted type appraisals for as little as $200 (Pre-Listing, Listing Price Establishment for lower priced homes) up to $500.00 for detailed investment property reports. The best way to find out what price Bill would charge would be to call the office for a quote at 225-293-1500 or use the contact form below.

NOTE: For the restricted lower priced reports, it depends on the property (how large), the complexity and time involved as to the fee. Naturally the larger and higher valued the home and increased liability for the Appraiser, the higher the fee will be.
